If I could give a lower rating I would, terrible customer service. Quick to turn off power but take their time to come turn it back on after it’s been paid. It’s been days! Turn my power back on!

I moved out of state and paid my final bill or so I thought. Got a call but no option to pay so I called but couldn't pay with customer service. I went to their bill pay and they couldn't help bc I didn't have any info bc customer service wouldn't help. Bill pay transfers me back but CS said this is Alabama not Georgia and she gives me the same number I called.

Georgia power isn’t at this location. Im standing where they claim it is, no power company here.

I'll tell you right now, Georgia power sucks!!they don't give a damn because they know we have no one else to turn to but I promise you if I ever get a chance to leave them, I AM GONE!WORST ELECTRIC COMPANY EVER!! I have no love.
