I believe the town has a form they use for the colleges. You just need to ask them.

Are 2018 property taxes payable now Dec 2017? Believe they may not be tax deductible on the 2018 tax year.

If the taxing authority sends a bill we can pay and deduct. If no bill, no deduction.
