It was a rainy, dark day. My headlight died. I tried going to jiffy lube and I think they lied to me saying they had no bulbs… Miss Marie (Murray?) checked me in about 15 minutes before closing and fixed me up. Didn’t want me driving without a headlight on a rainy day. I really appreciate the help, very accommodating. Hard working and respectful crew. Thank you!

Ratical Catical

The day I went the team seemed to be very behind on appointments and walk-ins so I had about a 2 hour wait, but the team’s excellent customer service and management trumped any complaint I could’ve had. Upon an uncomfortable topic having to be addressed, the leader working (I think Alex- he was wonderful) on my vehicle handled it professionally and went above and beyond. I was treated as an equal and they provided any information in a digestible way to someone who doesn’t know much about cars. Overall a well informed and respectful staff that made a positive impact, although I feel bad for the heat they have to endure in that garage! It was gruesome during the heatwave.
