I've purchased many pairs of glasses over several years from this store. I've always had helpful service, with employees who are patient and willing to help find the perfect pair. They usually say 1-2 weeks wait time, but they always seem to arrive sooner. The cost can't be beat and they stand by their scratch-free warranty. I used it one time before learning that I should be more careful about what I use to clean my lenses. Now, they don't hardly scratch at all. I much prefer Warby Parker over the selection at my eye doctor's office. They're always $300-$400 with my in-network cost being significantly higher than whatever I pay Warby Parker out-of-network.

Been getting my daughter's glasses there for years. They were very Covid conscious. Limiting the number of people that entered the store, constantly wiping things down. This year my daughter picked her frames online and had them send the frames to the house so she could try them on with out her mask. We were able to return the samples to the store, they were very careful to keep the box seperate and wiped it down immediately. The staff was very friendly and efficient. As always they took great care if us. A great place.

During busy times (we went on a Saturday) there’s a wait list to be able to go in due to covid restrictions, but that’s expected. They take your name and phone number, then send you a text to let you know you should be walking back to the store. Our experience was flawless. The staff (including the manager whose name I’m forgetting) was very helpful and patient, helping us choose frames for my husband. He tried so many frames... Lol. They disinfect every frame that a person touches before they put it back on display and they do this very quickly, which is convenient. They were able to have our insurance cover our glasses 100% which we weren’t expecting so that was a big plus. And not to mention, they have really cool frame designs that you don’t just see everywhere else. We are definitely coming back next year for more glasses!

They just reopened and have a really carefully thought out system to keep a minimum of people inside at a time - basically two customers browsing, each with their own marked off space and lane to shop. They’ll check you in at the door and text you when it’s time for you to shop. All glasses are sanitized after you try them on. Incredibly friendly, professional, diverse, and knowledgeable staff. Great frames and prices as usual - I came in to replace my Warby Parker frames I’d bought about four years ago and only finally started showing their age this year after a lot of abuse.

Typically a day.
Warby Parker doesn't do eye exams in the state of Washington. They also only do a progressive lenses which adds $200 to yhe price of what ever frame you pick out.
You definitely can drop them off to a store.
