I got a diamond ring sized down there about a month or two ago. When you size down a ring it can damage the prongs(what's holding the stones in place). They told me they would make sure everything was set and tight before they returned it to me but they clearly didn't check the prongs. I went to Ben Bridge to get it cleaned and found out half the diamonds were loose and in danger of falling out. I'm lucky I didn't loose one. I don't reccomend getting jewelry sized here. -S

Had a pair of patterned silver rings sized up here. I cannot tell where they cut and filled them to size them up. Their jeweler did an absolutely masterful job at preserving the pattern on both rings. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Do not use this service. This place is terrible service. Came to replace battery for my watch, I saw that sign shows "expert", after 30' came back, make a payment with the scratched watch without sorry 😐 for bad service. Not sure why Fredmeyer use this service for Fredmeyer's customers. Never come back again. Not recommend for anyone.

Came in for a simple watch battery replacement. They left a GIANT scratch on the back of my watch + the band (I believed this was from the tool he was using). Did not get an apology and the guy didn't want to admit his fault. My family and myself 11/10 will NOT be coming back here every again. (I'm talking to to you Pineda Watch Repair)
