Impossible to speak with a human by phone regarding appointments, follow up calls or anything else. Have no clue where my prescriptions were sent, voicemail is full and no response to messages sent through the app they use.

Jennifer Silva the woman in charge of human resources, is the definition of rude and unprofessional. I asked permission to the person above her in the administrative office if I could shadow the medical assistants for six weeks. Mrs. Cheryl Woods told me to email her and I explained I was no longer with a school I was shadowing to get my hours for my certification exam by myself. They told me that this was all right and I could start whenever I wanted. A few weeks later I asked if they could recommend me to the board to take the certification exam and Silva apparently did not do her job when I clearly stated IN MY LETTER THAT I WAS NOT AFFILIATED WITH A SCHOOL!!!! I believe this was her fault that she did not pay attention to closely enough. She immediately became angry and kept accusing me of being a “con artist” when none of this was true. I was very upset and she was ruthless when I tried to explain my situation on the phone. I typed two emails to Mr. Chandler Kavanaugh the CEO of the facilities, and gave her no penalties. I may just have to have an in person meeting with him explaining her unprofessionalism. People like her should be terminated for her rude, unprofessional behavior.

The doctor tell you they are making a referral and you call for weeks, told to call doctor you being referred to and set up appt, when you call they don't have a referral, this has went on for 2 months.

Yes. I know they do it over at the Shoppers way office. At one point they had stopped doing it because of Covid but I want to say things should be back to normal somewhat there now. I know they still require face masks & if you have an appointment not to bring any children with you unless they are the ones with the appointment. I would give them a call on Monday morning. It's worth a try and they charge you based on a sliding scale (based on what you make) or they will take insurance if you have it.
For some services you need an appointment, but for COVID testing an appointment is not necessary.
Dental clinic is closed until further notice
They're open every day except the weekend
You have to think, when you have great service at such a low cost an appointment may take a while. Two teeth pulled at any other place would start at$500 for someone with no insurance. A cleaning starts at$75. And that's without an xray. You always have the option to do what you want, but maybe allow the rest of the community to find out about it in a better light before destroying it
