Stayed here for the Military Strong Bonds weekend retreat and it was super fun. Good location, but not too much around it. There is a great Old Town to check out though! The hotel staff was very nice and helped us through the parking process easily. The pool was very clean as well.

Would be 5 stars but air conditioner in room was old and didn't work well. To be specific, it was mid 90s outside and the AC unit was set to lowest temperature full blast and it got down to 76 degrees by the middle of the night after about 8+ hours of running (outside temperature obviously cools down at night too). The room was uncomfortable above 80 degrees for most of evening. Would advise going anywhere else that has normal, fully-functioning AC units in rooms if staying in warmer months. Air conditioner in fitness room seemed to be the same so my assumption is all rooms have the same old unit. Everything else about hotel and room was as desired.

The room was clean when we checked in but was not up to normal Marriott/Sheraton standards. The maintenance on the room has fallen behind and this also is shown in the conference rooms/public rest rooms. We had a two day conference and the mens restroom was in significant disrepair. There were screws sticking out form the wall and despite informing staff about this twice, they remained. You are greeted by broken tiles in the foyer and the staff at the bar was unable to keep up with guest’s needs. Some of this maybe related to current employment challenges but some looks to be present since before Covid.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. The lobby area is nice but the rooms are extremely dated and not fully clean. Our drain in our shower is moldy - I called the front desk to ask to be switched rooms and the lady said she'd give me a call back but never did. On top of that, every day, twice a day I asked for housekeeping to come up to the room and they never came! I've been here for four days now and haven't had housekeeping a single time even though I have requested it almost 10 times. We ran out of towels so we called the front desk, they said someone would be up with them - the towels never came. So we walked down to the front desk and asked and they said someone would be up - no one ever came. We got on the elevator, went to a different floor and grabbed towels off of a maids cart. This morning, I had to go to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper, how ridiculous. I see a maid cart on my floor every day and I directly ask them for service and I never get it. To top it off, our room is supposed to have a mini fridge but it does not. I cannot wait to leave this place and never return

Their is a lift
Not all day but it is open
Walk in shower. If you get a suite there should be both.
The Uber parking lot is right around the corner in the cell phone parking lot. This is about a half a mile from the Sheraton. You can get an Uber to the Sheraton in anywhere from two to five minutes under normal circumstances.
free shuttle.. the airport is right at your door.. you could even walk, but need shuttle for luggage!
Yes. To and from. You'll have to call the hotel for the shuttle if you are traveling from the airport to the hotel. Otherwise, there is a little concierge desk next to the front entrance to the hotel where you would request the shuttle. Bonus: We didn't know until our last day of our weeklong stay that depending on how far you are trying to go, the shuttle may be able to drop you off at other places. You may have to Uber or Lyft back though.
No, this is a true "airport hotel", tucked right against the airport and not in a real neighborhood.
