Also you use the present tense of fine when you should be using the past tense or restructure the syntax of your sentence. Probably because people of other ethnic groups have higher expectations in desserts. I ordered a cake from there and was expecting either Italian or Swiss buttercreme and I was extremely disappointed when my cake arrived with American buttercreme. It's a cheap alternative icing, making the cake shelf stable. Something you would not find in other countries. Some bakeries make cakes the right way and others cut corners... Like Carlos. I'd imagine you don't see people of other races there because they found somewhere better to make a cake while supporting their community.

Carlo's is just like any other bakery/cake shop where you can pick as per your choice and pay for the lot. There is no admission fee and everyone is welcome. It's really a fun place to be if one follows the Cake boss show!
