My wife and I are big fans, we've enjoyed the mail order goodies a few times. We would like to visit the original store when we travel to New York in January. Am I looking at a large wait in line when we arrive?

There was no one in the store when we visited except the employees. We were very underwhelmed.

No it was quick service. You can order to take away or eat in No massive queue I thought that it would be like the TV show You’ll enjoy it

Nope, usually there are no long queues and service is pretty quick.
