You can walk in, the line moves fast
Depends on time and day you go, if they do have a line it is not that long of a wait as they move the line quickly along. Sometimes the line is good so you can decide what yummieness you want to get.
They used to be much more crowded, but people must have figured out they aren't that great. The past 2 times I've been there, I walked right in with no lines. Had a really bad cannoli last time though... couldn't even finish it, through most of it away.
Usually the line goes fast.
I went last week and just walked. It was a Thursday around 1pm and it wasn't busy.
Sometimes there are long lines especially on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays). But, lines move fast and sometimes you can just walk in.
