It's in New Jersey short ride on subway from World Trade Center. Then about 2 blocks walking distance from station.
He also has a bakery in Times Square which is closer to Central park 625 8th Ave, New York, NY 10018
Take the PATH train to Hoboken, it's just a short walk to the bakery. You can catch this from Herald Square/33rd
What you would do is go downtown to the Battery Park City ferry which is by the mercantile exchange. I live right by it but I don't know the name of it and have hopped on it quite a few times. It takes you about a ten-minute ride across the Hudson River to Hoboken and the walk from the ferry terminal to Carlo's bake shop is probably 3 minutes. This is the best and easiest way to go if you would take your car it would take an hour or more and be very expensive enjoy your trip is worth it.
