I was in pain and a first time client. Dr Wei and his friendly proficient staff got me in same day of call despite how busy they were. Dr Wei was the most efficient compassionate gentle orthopedic physician I have ever experienced as a patient or a coworker in my 55 years in the medical profession. I hobbled in on crutches and walked out carrying them. Dr Wei is most certainly the best.

I came for my knee and saw Dr. Stanat. I met him once, so I don't really or have the chance to know him. He sent me an MRI. The MRI didn't go so well. The office called me to reschedule. I said that it didn't go so well. They suggested being medicated and even giving me propranolol. I said I don't know if I feel comfortable with that and if we could do something else.""The girl said, "Let me talk to Dr. S for plan B and what options there are." I never heard back from them. I called to just reschedule the MRI. The person said, " There is a note that Stephanie told you we were going to just refer you to another doctor." You didn't know? I said no, that's why I'm surprised, and I'm being referred because my MRI didn't go well, and now I'm just being sent to someone else? She said yes, that's the plan. Wow! That's never happened to me before. No plan, b, just goodbye. I saw the doctor once. So unprofessional, and they never even told me and asked what I'd like to do. Or talk about other options, etc. Never even called me back with a referral Saw another Doctor and again was referred here and guess what they never reached out to me at all. Smh

Dr. Wei has lost sight of patient care. He is easily flustered, dismissive, extremely late (not to mention unapologetic...of course we would be sent on our way and charged for an office visit if we were late) and unwilling to admit his mistakes. He pumps patients in and out as fast as he can. TK is the most pompous doctor there who is equally dismissive (talk about a God complex). The employees at the desk are pushy, rude and argumentative. I have never been to a practice that is so unprofessional. Not all the doctors there are money making machines yet it's hard to get where you need to be healthwise as you can't reach them due to the front desk personnel preventing it and playing doctor themselves. I agree with what was said by another reviewer; the xray technicians are friendly and professional.

Dr Wei was very dismissive about my knee pain. As soon as he heard my health history he assumed that was the cause and completely wrote me off. I’m not someone who goes to the doctor unless I really need help. He did not let me finish a single sentence without cutting me off. Besides x-rays (which he ordered before even speaking to me to see if it might be worth the radiation), his only exam was to perform passive range of motion. He did not bother to observe me standing or walking a few steps. Super disappointed in his care. Very concerned he missed something out of laziness. Also disappointed in his views as a physician. He told me braces are for "lazy couch potatoes." He also told me to not work with my personal trainer who was recommended to me by a physical therapist for her professionalism and dedication to using movement to overcome health issues. He specifically told me not to do any squatting, lunging or box step ups if they hurt. I'm sorry, but those are BASIC movements to pick things up and bend over and walk up stairs. They are not "fancy exercises for the glamour of it."
