OrthoCarolina is always my trusted option for any orthopedic concerns. Having issues with my spine and now pelvis, I'm glad to have the best physicians who can and will resolve them. My first visit to the Spine Center was exceptional, subsequent visits and my Dr. Swaroop Gonchikar are magnificent!

I have an appointment with OrthoCarolina Spine Clinic (Dr. Rhyn) in Charlotte, NC August 15. After appointment should surgery be needed, what is wait time for surgery after having an epidural steroid injection?

Dr. Rhyne is one of the best. He did surgery on my back around 10 years ago and I haven't had any problems since. At one time before surgery I couldn't walk without a cane.

Yes they have a patient portal.

How can I get someone to schedule an appt.? The portal is not working and phone never goes to a live person. Reduced to tears trying to schedule a follow up.

I have been trying for a week to schedule a visit due increased pain after surgery. The phone is constantly on hold no matter how long I sit holding. Eventually it cuts off and refers to leaving a message. I’ve left messages on the phone and portal

Is it possible to be seen here without insurance? My job didn’t offer insurance, and I also lost that job at the beginning of the pandemic anyway so money is tight. But I’ve had a severely inflamed trapezius for a year now and it’s unbearable.
