Other clinics are just as bad. If not worse. The quality of care, physicians expertise, professional staff, etc. far outweigh this one issue. As far as I'm concerned this is a clinic that other clinics should take lessons from. If you need any form of ortho care it would be foolish to go anywhere else. They installed a new system a few months ago and getting the phone answered or a call returned is a resulting problem. Voice mail in general has become a deterrent to excellent customer service throughout the business world

Try Dr Hermida at Lincolnton office. He helped me out on same injury. If any of them will help with ur circumstance he will. Hickory office said to me one doctor was on vacation who was Hurley for 2 weeks and Johnson wouldnt see me and told me I'd have to hurt and wait. Dr Hermida got me in surgery in less than a week.
