I had a very good experience at Gunther Mitsubishi. I went for a general checkout and maintenance on my Mitsubishi. Everyone was very helpful and the attention was first class. Communication back and forth was excellent and the pricing for the services was reasonable too. I am happy to have found a good place to take care of my car.

An experience definitely worth posting about!! From the moment my husband and I arrived we were greeted by a wonderful young lady ,she took our name and the reason for the visit. A service advisor by the name of Mr. Miguel Acosta took us into a very clean spacious waiting room. We were offered coffee and wster, he then showed us where the restrooms were located. There was another gentleman walking around with cold water bottles which he excitedly offered everyone. During our wait everyone was given water bottles With the company's logo. Mr Acosta checked on us a few times and did inform us of other issues we didn't even knew existed with our vehicle. They were very professional , courteous and stayed on time. Thank you very much Mr. Acosta. I would recommend Gunther 💯 .....

Had appointment for 7:30 am but arrived early at 7:00 am and gate was locked. With vehicle turned off and radio etc turned on, battery went dead. At 7:30 am gate opened with my vehicle blocking entry way, Megan Garzone, acting very professionally, came and made enquiries regarding my problem. She took my keys to my vehicle and assured me everything will be ok and she was right. Megan Harzone, professional in her own way, communicated with me through out my entire time from start to finish. I could not have asked for a more interactive, professional and satisfactory reception as I have received today. I have been to other places before, but nothing compared to my experience today. By the way, whoever dealt with my vehicle today, I would like him/her to continue be my service person on my return. I just appreciate the wonderful job done today. Thanks. EGLON WRIGHT.
