Very friendly staff. My 9 and 10 year old granddaughters go there or a sewing class once a week. They love it, they have such a good time, and love learning to sew. A real class act quilt store. A huge selection fabric and machines of every kind.

Yes they do. If you buy a machine from them you get some free classes but you also can just pay for them. Prices are very reasonable.
I am not sure you can sell it there, but, you can probably trade it in for a new or used machine at either store.

Yes. They have a full service department. Take it into the store and they can help you.
Pins and needles does have a long arm quilt machine at their stores. There are three stores in Cleveland one in North Olmsted one in Middleburg Heights and one in Mayfield. I don't know the rental rate. Just call the stores.
