The return policy here is not great and will take up your time. The company requires a return merchandise authorization code to return any products. This requires your own valued time to call in a request this code, then they will charge you for shipping back the unwanted goods. If you return in store, then your refund process doesnt start until they ship the product back to their California warehouse. I wouldnt recommend this company, especially with the high prices on their cheap Chinese manufactured products.

We came here to see lamps and were nicely surprised to find good furnitures with reasonable prices! The staff here were super nice and at the end we purchased 2 counter chairs with some small decoration items. Chairs got delivered fast and in good quality. I also called customer service and they are nice. They also do price matching if you find cheaper prices elsewhere. I will definitely come back for lamps. Or if I need to decorate my home again.

Lumps Plus is a great place to find beautiful light fixtures. My husband and I found this beautiful lighting with the help of Dana and Vicky. Both ladies were very helpful, kind and professional. We couldn't be happier with the overall customer service! 10/10 😀
