Their customer service is the best and will continue shopping at video only till the day I die. Allen the store manager is a great guy and answer all questions, even the technical ones as well. I bought a TV here 6 years ago and meant to write a review. I assumed the place had probably gone out of business since then, but am glad they have not. This place is great, and the salespeople know what they are talking about and provide the kind of hands on customer service one might expect if they went back in time to some previous era.
