I had an appointment today at 2:00 pm with the doctor signed in there was an old nady Receptioniist that took my insurance card said I my insurance didn’t work I told her it’s working said said very nasty it’s not so she said nasty to call My job so I did they said yes your active so I told her she answered well it’s not so I told her my job told me to tell her to call the number on my card and she answered very nasty again well you have to call so I did my insurance told me yes I was active since November 2020 and still am but I felt so uncomfortable and left I didn’t feel right being seeing there after such bad experience.
