I recently visited Rockland Urgent care and was super impressed with their service. The facility is kept spotlessly clean and is a pleasure to be in. Also, the set up and décor is done in a way that give it a very ‘homey’ feeling. I felt at ease right when I walked in. I was seen within 5 minutes of walking in and the care was top notch. The practitioner was patient, caring, with terrific bedside manner. He wasn’t rushing to see the next patient and he made me feel like I was the only person in the world who mattered in that moment. Everything was taken care of efficiently and quickly while still paying careful attention to detail. I highly recommend Rockland Urgent care for all your medical needs.

DON'T EVER GO HERE! My mother went there complaining of joint and body pain all over and especially in her calves, she couldn't breath, very lethargic and couldn't carry on a conversation. The doctor said she is a healthy lady and quote "isn't dying". She was able to be seen by her primary who immediately diagnosed her with a serve sinus infection, blood worked showed she had phenomena and then an ultra sound on her calves showed she had a total of three blood clots in her legs. She could have died.

Always great and fast service. This place is always clean and the staff is friendly. They are conveniently located off rt 9w and accept walk in.
