Staff was efficient, and friendly with a generous portion of empathy for my back ache. The PA was outstanding, knowledgeable and put me at ease and asked great questions to determine the extent of the pain and causation. She also performed a physical exam of my upper back and spine. Big kudos to her for being thorough with my exam. She suggested some preventive exercises for me to do. She get 5 stars from this old guy. Definitely would use them again as the need arises.

Went in there yesterday for an injury from an accident and they said they don’t accept my insurance unless I have a police report so they can file claims to the auto insurance. I came in today with the police report and the lady at the desk took the report asked me to sit and wait. I waited for almost 2hours and she came back to say they can’t accept the report… Total waste of time with people who are just there playing around with themselves.. so unprofessional
