Took my 2 year old to the urgent care 1.5 hours before closing for trouble breathing—headcold turned to stridor. The team here got us in quickly and seen quickly, but it took 4 tries to get the nebulizer working (about 30 minutes spent on this). Once it finally worked we saw improvement in her symptoms, but the team was not willing to wait the full time needed to gauge whether she was ready to go home. Instead they opted to call paramedics to take us to the Childrens Hospital by ambulance (no thanks!). The ER team confirmed my suspicion that the urgent care team turfed us out of convenience. The ER gave us a popsicle and sent us home. Thankfully we didnt get strep or COVID from waiting in the ER lobby. Still waiting on the ER bill…. Beware of closing time

Yes, you can, but it depends on your insurance plan. Please call the clinic 214 919-3170 during regular business hours, 4:30 - 10:30 PM Monday - Friday, Noon - 10 PM Saturday and 10 AM - 9 PM Sunday.
