Came in trying to find out if I had Covid before flying back to college in another state. I had a sore throat etc. The doctor was a young guy and he was super great — which my 1 star rating does not reflect. Unfortunately, even if you have a great doctor, horrible management can facilitate awful care. Usually when you get tests at a doctor, they only call if a test came up positive, so after a week with no call from the urgent care, I assumed all the tests came up negative and I just had a minor illness my body would eventually overcome. Fast forward to more than 3 months after I went to the urgent care, and I get a call from them. The front desk tells me that I tested positive for strep throat (3.5 months ago!), and I was honestly so confused because I hardly even remembered going to the urgent care that long ago. Thankfully my body did overcome the strep in the 3.5 months since I got tested, but what kind of service is that? I get tested at an “urgent” care and get informed of the results in 3 months? No thanks. Most importantly, strep throat (which is usually treated with antibiotics), when untreated, can lead to serious complications like rheumatic fever — which can permanently damage your heart! Thank god my body overcame it without antibiotics and I didn’t have these complications as far as I know, but what the hell?

Dr. Torres is amazing, kind, knowledgeable and hella efficient. She explained everything. She even knew which pharmacy was going to be open so my prescriptions could be started that night! The entire staff was really nice too. I am thankful for the care I received on August 24, 2022.

I traveled 3 hours to visit a sick family member and didn’t realize I needed a Covid test to visit at Plainview hospital. I drove around to 3 different urgent cares until I found this Pro Health. They were very accommodating, kind and caring and were able to get me in and out quickly. Definitely recommend!

There are no blanket hours for all. Hours vary depending on the center that you visit.
They are very helpful you can call them about that. They are very straightforward with whats going tl happen and immediately you get your results! I encourage you to call them
Rapid test results were given in 15 minutes. The second test I requested which goes to a lab I received the results 2 days later.
