I work for a multi-location DSO and have been working with Darby Dental for over 6 years. They are the BEST dental supply vendor, with the best pricing and their account managers are AMAZING! Our account manager Sara is hands down the best rep we have out of all the vendors we work with, no one else even comes close. Forget about the "big guy" vendors that I will leave unnamed, go with a family owned supplier that really cares about their customers. DARBY for the WIN!!

This Darby dental are selling defective implants with the name of ALFA GATE. Please be careful with this COMPANY. Company has lots of manufacturing defects which company's CEO himself does not even know about it or how rectify that issue. There is no support from Bill( sales person) and his upper / lower teammates who are still convincing you to buy dental implants . After they were informed about manufacturing defect, Alfa-Gate was trying to find out solution by consulting various doctors as they themselves did not know what to do? Finally when they found out about the presence of a defect within the dental implants after placing in the patient's mouth, they referred that defect as a random modification in same dental implants after four months not knowing what to do and now calling them as normal. We are surprised that how this ALFA-Gate implants got FDA APPROVAL.??? If SOMEone come across with their /Alfa-Gate implant prosthetic or implant issue , you should file a complaint to Local Dental board society to protect your self. .DENTAL BOARD AT LEAST SHOULD KNOW about this situation of defective implants sold with in US wide. IF SOMEONE HAS THE SAME ISSUE , PLEASE SPEAK OUT.!!!. They are playing with regulations and by selling defective implants and parts. Beware of them... No surprises if they will be in the news during litigation...

I Have been using Darby dental for the past 15 years, In every office I've managed. Prices are great and the customer service is WOW! My representative Danielle has to be the best employee they have in their stash. She already knows what I order and will call me if a desired product is on sale. She even suggest products she thinks we would like. Just as one other office pleads; please do not ever lose Danielle. I never have an issue with returns, credit, delivery, etc.. She is ALWAYS so knowledgeable, pleasant and happy to help (even when I cannot recall a certain item). She does her research and searches for items I am interested in and tries her best to get me the best price possible. Thank you Danielle for all you do. You are appreciated!!!! Lena M.
