Had my 5th visit this week. All staff practice COVID precautions -masks and hand hygiene and office is clean with a they HEPA air filter. Great experience with e the cleaning and x-rays. Dorita puts me at ease as she prepares everything. Dr. Vera discussed my options thoroughly along with costs and her recommendations. I believe she’s fair and her pros cons assessment is practical and honest for procedures not covered by insurance. Emeric at the desk is wonderful. She provided prices to me and was clear about billing process. Still super pleased. Not sure if I posted this review from earlier this year- my 4th visit I believe. Thank you Katelyn, Dorita and Dr. Vera Chernomordik for your excellent care. Today was a cleaning visit and Dr Vera assisted by Dorita we’re gentle and thorough. Education about areas of concern found were explained and plans laid out for straightening and home whitening. Katelyn front desk again had outstanding customer service skills, answered all my questions and greeted me warmly and gave me a bottle of water.COVID precautions maintained. Environment is clean uncluttered, well organized. New plants added. Dorita, dental assistant put me at ease as she set up. She too is wonderful. Dr. Vera Chernomordik now owner of the practice is superb.Excellent in every way.She explained everything to me. Couldn’t have been more gentle yet thorough and efficient.

Dr. Vera Chernomordik is the hands down, most amazing rockstar dentist in the world!!!! She is SO kind, so smart, so dedicated to her patients I cannot recommend her and NY1 Dental enough. I went for a cleaning today, and although she was slammed, Dr. Vera so thoroughly cleaned my teeth and even found other issues to fix and address! I’ve never felt more confident and happy to smile. I look SO forward to coming here!!!
