Hippa Law was violated Nurses at the front desk was rude didn't apologize for what was wrong which she said what I was coming in for out loud and another customer heard what she said. Professionalism was at it least I couldn't speak to a office manager claim she wasn't there. I decided to get a lawyer.

The short girl they have doing front desk has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen she is dum we took my mother with a bad infection and they did nothing for her when we called to see what was going to be done for her as far as medicine and she would not help us she said she could not help us until the following week when the doctor came back we asked for a on duty doctor and she would not let us speak to anyone until my sister that is in the medical field called her and let her have it at that point she transfered our call to a doctor.

Dr. Patell and the staff at this location was excellent. I had a piece of glass stuck just above my eye. The doctor removed it with no problem and I could go right back to work!! Oh yeah! Did I say that the wait was not long at all. If you have a emergency and you're in that area please go there! They gotcha!
