My cousin passed away on July 2022 so I went with my aunt to do the arrangements and I told the lady in the office Balvy to make sure that my cousin has makeup and her hair straight, also she told me that because of her weight we needed to rent a plus size casket and when we got there it was a regular casket they did not fix her up it was like they didn't care but they take your money also their was flowers from other decease in the room very disrespectful . The day of the funeral service we got there and we had to do her hair because they had it in a little bun and no makeup at all so I asked Balvy to give a lipstick so that my cousin could look re presentable. They should give me a discount at least for the casket because it was a thousand dollar difference. I will not ever go to another Ortiz funeral home again and give my money to them. Also she never told us to bring long sleeve clothes or underwear until we went to take the clothes and the other lady told us that we had to get underwear. This funeral home is a scam all they want is to take your money........
