I feel very grateful for the support, patience and understanding that the Williams Funeral Home team in the Bronx NYC had with me during this very difficult time when I had to use their services. From the moment you arrive at this location, their solidarity and professionalism made me feel like I was in the right place. They did exactly what I asked for and prepared the body impeccably and without disfiguring its physical appearance. They were also very generous with the time for the funeral and burial as it always takes longer than agreed upon. They spoke my language and all their suggestions were very helpful. We absolutely recommended this Funeral Home. My family and I were attended to beautifully when making the toughest decisions of our life to this day. We were welcomed, educated on all different services and treated like family. The staff was very delicate with us. They met all of our needs and were extremely respectful of our space.
