I can't believe anyone will run a funeral home like this. Horrible experience and we were greeted at the door by the housekeeping lady. We didn't see any funeral director the entire time we were there and we waited for almost an hour after the service before the hearse came for the casket.

I went to a coworkers mother viewing last night at this funeral home. This place is disgusting! It was filthy and smelled like decaying bodies. The air conditioner was off... the place was gloomy and it gave me a bad feeling in my stomach. I can’t get the smell out of my nose. No really no exaggeration! The smell was one I will never forget. Poor families being robbed of money and in return terrible body preservation and presentation. Do not take your family member here!!!! Nasty smell that will forever haunt me

If I could give it 0 stars I would ! This place was HORRIBLE right from the beginning. The AC was off the whole entire service. The director clamined that the AC had broken and were waiting for the mechanic to fix it. The service was from 4-9. All of a sudden the AC turns on at 8:45pm. Right before they were kicking us out. They were very rude about it. It was so HOT. My family member who we were holding the service for face was literally melting. The make up was peeling off. The next morning we were suppose to have an additional 1.5 he’s to say our last goodbyes, the funeral director and his helper wanted to swap caskets during that time and was just ridiculously unprofessional about it. This isn’t the way we wanted to spend our last moments with our loved one. People if you are thinking of making arrangements here DONT !!! This place is TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. My family is seeking help in regards this situation because this place was just ridiculous and will not let them get away with this !
