Very upsetting experience. When I booked with them, the package included 2 printouts of every picture. During the party only 1 printout was given. The quality of pictures is terrible, very dark, or bleached out. I've been to many parties with photo booth services and never seen such poor quality pictures. After the event I was supposed to receive copies of all the pictures electronically. Few days later I called to request the copies, and complained about the poor quality of pictures. The manager was very nice, and admitted that it's possible they had lighting issues. They will send me all the copies of the pictures and will consider partial reimbursement as I requested. Few days later I received only few pictures electronically, of the best quality, and many, the ones that were of terrible quality, were missing. It was done, so that not to provide proof of the horrible quality of the pictures. I contacted the vendor again, asking for ALL the pictures, no matter the quality, because it's still memory and they belong to me, and asking about partial reimbursement as was discussed earlier due to poor service. I received an email soon after, what seems like from the owner, because the tone of the email was very harsh, totally different from the manager's over the phone, saying they provided all the copies of the photos and there will be no reimbursement. That is an outright lie, because I have physical pictures printed out during the party, which are of horrible quality, and which were not included in the album provided electronically. Beware of this company, poor service, terrible quality pictures, and lying owner!!!

10Years Gone

I got the photo booth for my sisters engagement party, and i was not disappointed. They came extra early and set up, and everyone loved it! Everyone used it all night, the man running it was encouraging everyone to come and take pictures, he was very nice. I was more than pleased with this and would definitely use them again if i were to be involved in another party and i would recommend them as well. While we were planning, the staff was more than accommodating answering every email within or less than a few hours. I was so pleased with them, and highly recommend using them for future parties. Prices are also incredibly reasonable.
