Do not live here unless you want too live with mold and they refuse to do Anything about it. This place is a joke and their houses should be condemned with the living conditions. You report it and they come out weeks later and say it’s mildew and wipe the walls down and it comes back in a week. This was an ongoing issue for 3 years. Rent is ridiculous for a tiny house with mold. We had so many work orders and they never fixed the issues the first time. They will tell you one thing and then never come back out or tell you they won’t charge you for something and then find a way to charge you when it comes down to it. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
