Recently moved in and had a pretty seamless experience! Pam was amazing and always responded in a timely manner and we are sad to hear that she is leaving. The apartment was clean and decently updated upon moving in, lots of natural light, and tons of storage and closet space. It’s pretty quiet and secluded for the fact that we are in East Dayton. The fitness center is a nice touch and we definitely have been recommending Wyoming Hills to our friends looking for an affordable and nice place to stay!

Current Resident. First-Time Renter. It's an older building, but updated to make it more comfortable. Pam, the manager, is very sweet, upfront, and informative. Always keeps residents posted on any changes. Maintenance is quick and friendly. Neighbors are mostly quiet, and are quite friendly. I can see myself sticking around for awhile.

I recently moved here and I love it! Everyone here is super nice and I’ve had no problems. My apartment was updated and clean when I moved in. Pam was super helpful in the office and made the move easy!

Wyoming Hills has been great so far! No problems, nice community that backs up to a little park, pretty quiet for studying or working from home, and the staff has been very helpful.
