Horrible apartments. Weve had our heat broken for 2 days and the office said its not an emergency since its above 32 degrees. Weve had issues with this heater for almost 3 years and its not been fixed once. Last time it was on it smelled like burning plastic and it was smokey in the apartment.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE , LIVED HERE 7 years and air filters have not been changed once or air vents cleaned not once black mold in the kitchen , multiple health hazards that nobody seems to care about , The office worker nobody is ever in the office , they steady leave complaints on your door but fail to do anything about the unsafe living conditions , There's no management in the office ever and they switch management damn near every 2 months , DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT TRUST ME

Maybe depend on how much you put down for a deposit or an or how good is your credit. Whether or not they have any.
No there is no one bedrooms an the waiting list is roughly a two years on a two bedroom
Right now from what my understanding is and what I was told by the office manager that the waiting list is a year to 2 years. It's full.
My aunt live there they go by your income and yes there is a waiting list I would get there as soon as u can not sure how long it is but they are very nice places
