I've spent the last 10 years of my life with extreme hoarseness, loss of voice, and throat pain. This affected my personal life and my career as an Operations Manager with many employees I need to communicate with all day. I saw a number of different ENT doctors and not one was able to help or offer any solution. I am beyond indebted to Dr. Portnoy for giving me my life back. He gave me realistic expectations, perfect bedside manner, and the diagnosis I was waiting for (Polyps on my vocal chords). I had no worry at all when surgery was the only option for me because I knew I was in the best hands. He should be your go to. In combination with surgery, follow ups, and consistent vocal therapy from the start of our journey, this was hands down the best decision I have ever made. I can talk and sing again with ease and no pain, while still taking care of my voice with all the guidelines he provided me with post-op. Thank you a million times over Dr. Portnoy!

Very disgraceful and outrageous staff.Call earlier as I was coming from queens and they said 15 minutes is grace time of appointment dr will see you.Got here on time and they said you missed your appointment!.( Not to mentioned is very difficult to find their building.
