The two ENT’s I saw seem misinformed and not very knowledgeable.

Made an appointment to see Dr Meslemani. Gave me an appointment in the commack office. Got there early only to find out that that office had closed. Called the main office and was told that we have to go to the Melville office since that office was closed. . Sat at the Melville office for over an hour and a half and finally asked when we would be called in. No apology for giving me the wrong address. No allowance for the long wait in the office. Beyond frustrated and totally felt disrespected.

They charged me 50$ for tobacco smoking counseling.. I don't smoke and never said I did . They will try to clean out your pockets every chance they get .

I checked on the 10 plus minutes early as per their request. The Dr was 15 minutes late my appointment was at 1040 and the Dr walked in at 1055
