Completely wasted my time my son had a check up and was called to the back. Once we were in the back the receptionist came and asked me for my child’s name bc they had failed to check them in. The front desk them proceeded to tell me they no longer took my insurance. As someone who works in the medical field that is something that should have been taken care of before the visit was scheduled instead they told me they no longer took my insurance that my appointment had been cancelled without warning or notification. So an ent office which is a specialist didn’t bother to check the insurance to make sure I didn’t need a prior authorization or a referral. Get better staff.

Yea we were not pleased as well at all. Either from the team members or Dr. Daniel. Very cold approach, no effort to make at least a bit good experience for our son. After the visit we had a feeling that we brought our son to a butcher shop. Regarding the diagnosis we had the feeling it was all about the money so straight to operation, which in all honesty is not complicated operation, but no alternatives. Even when we said we don’t want tubes in the ears Dr. Daniel with annoying attitude he told us to get a lots of antibiotics! Cold very cold!
