Negligence. Self-serving, rude, and entitled staff and doctors. Doctors will mis-diagnose their patients. When the medicine they prescribe doesn’t work and you call back to ask for help, they tell you to not waste their time and to “let the medicine work”. It’s almost a week later, and guess what? The medicine didn’t work. My partner ended up almost hospitalized with pneumonia today because they refused to see him again or update his medications when he called a few days ago. They didn’t want to be inconvenienced. They knew he is ASTHMATIC. They acted like it was a slight against the doctor for questioning her diagnosis. We we be reporting this establishment. This is the second time our family has been misdiagnosed and sent on our way by these indignant people. Shame on you.

Never in my life have I experienced what I have at this office. Once my doctor left the practice I decided to stay and continue with the Np that took her place. At first she was great but no now. There is no urgency when it comes to my care I asked her for things but got nothing. And now I have this issue where I have to see an RA dr. And come to find out that referral was not sent with urgency. I felt like she was not listening and did not care until my lab results came back all jacked up. Her nurse was the same way. Oh and let’s not forget the number of times I have left a message for the practice manger to call me back to express my concerns I have not heard anything. And the nerve of them to ask me was somebody hurting me when every joint in my body hurting and truth be told she really don’t care now. Every time she came in the room it was only for 10mins. if I could give a negative star I would

Never in my life have I struggled to get an appointment with a doctor / practice yet here we are. Not only did they inform day of my app. , after I hade ask several times before hand over the phone, that getting blood work requires a different appointment process. Yet they somehow diagnose me with being animenc without doing blood work , who knew they could do magic. The dismissiveness not only from the staff but from the doctors themselves is outstanding. I have gone to this practice for majority of my life and I will not be returning. Absolutely displeased and disappointed.

I should have looked at the reviews before going here. However, being new to the area it was the only place that could get me in that didn't have a three month wait. This would explain why they were on page four of my health insurance website. Absolutely despicable care provided by Dr. Ghosh. After a lengthy conversation, she instructed me to find another doctor, because in her words, she was young and not experienced, nor believed in or supported, my other doctor prescribed health treatment procedures, so she declined to be my primary care physician. currently on, so she didn't want to treat . What about the hypocritical oath? What about treating a patient without prejudice? This is the worst health care provider I have ever seen or even heard of.
