Absolutely terrible. Various packages have went missing, I have received packages from neighbors. I had a large money order coming in the mail so I PAUSED DELIVERY for 2 weeks, and set it to be picked up by me at the post office. 10 days later there is NOTHING waiting for me. No spam, junk, none of my bills, and the money order too. Employees say I’m sorry and that’s it. Get your act together, this is utterly pathetic.

I ordered a gift for a birthday present. It came in the mail, it was to big to be put in the mailbox. The carrier bent it and put it in the mailbox.Now I have to try to straighten it out. I don't understand what people think about. Smh

If your mail carrier goes "above and beyond" to deliver your mail you must be the first person on route. Someone has been dropping my packages off at the wrong address. How can something be marked as "delivered" but never be in sight? My address is on the mailbox. Not impossible to miss. On top of that, I get notifications when I'm supposed to receive mail... yet I still don't get mail? Seems fishy to me.

Mail deliveries are made every other day in Burlington NC. What happened to " neither rain not snow will stop the mail".

As a contract truck driver for USPS I actually ran the Burlington run and mail doesn't stop. mail is 24/7 no matter what type of weather

Post office is short staffed and a few carriers quit making it harder on carriers left we have to split routes and carry a route and a half of other the split routes have to be done first

It will be held at post office for 10 days. U can ask yr mail carrier for more time if u need it. They are very understanding about these things.

All I want to know is how much is it to rent a small p.o box by the month.

Why is it when I drop off packages in the drop box, that a lot of times, the packages don't go out the same day... or for several days? I know the packages haven't gone out, because when Burlington doesn't scan them, at least Greensboro does.

Any outgoing mail, whether its packages or letters. Always leave the building the same day. Mail is pulled and sent out at 2pm, 4pm ,and 630pm daily
