First I want to say the audiologist and Doc was fantastic..Now the front desk ..so I was Checking in my 2 girls ..The receptionist was in a u tube video or even maybe a seminar .I felt extremely uncomfortable giving her my children’s information bc she had her cell phone on the desk with this u tube live chat..I checked my girls in and sat down .I was very annoyed but didn’t want to make a scene ..it was very unprofessional..I never checked out either because I was waiting in line 15 15 minutes and no one even looked at me so I left ..

Long wait to schedule an appointment. Long wait times to be called to see the doctor in the waiting room. Staff is untrained, fails to call you back and follow up. Not happy. They need a new office manager and staff needs training.
