Thank you for this! We appreciate having the opportunity to address this. We are very careful and want to do all we can to minimize risk. Here are some of the things we do: - all baristas have to report on health at beginning of shift - no barista comes to work if feeling at all ill - staff wears masks always. Also we use gloves, and wash often. - bathroom and common areas are continually wiped down - we minimize indoor seating and separate customers as much as possible - partitions are used all around our bar - customers wear masks at all times, except when seated at table and eating or drinking - constant cleaning of all equipment, plates, etc. Please let us know if you think we missed something or need more information. Hi Sue, and thanks for checking. We LOVE Squirrel and Bee. We would love to carry their products again. Unfortunately as far as we are aware, they are no longer in business, either retail or wholesale. If that changes we will carry their stuff again in a millisecond! Until then we are selling other gluten-free products that are locally made that we also love.
