I don’t know how this man gets such good reviews. Is it the candy? Is that all it takes to buy your love, people? I was misdiagnosed in two different ways by Dr. Mittleman. Years ago, I saw him and he told me that I do not have hearing loss even though I can’t hear out of my right ear. Another doctor confirmed that I do and need a hearing aid. My 89 year old neighbor had the same experience…she watches her TV nearly on a 100 volume and he said she doesn’t have hearing loss. So, that’s problematic. And then, recently, I could not swallow food. I went to him and he told me I have “hidden tonsil stones”. I said well, take them out. He refused. Told me to gargle and I did. I got worse. I called him again and again and he told me there’s nothing he can do for me, that maybe I need an MRI. I suffered under his misdiagnosis for 3 months without being able to eat or swallow properly. Finally went to a different doctor, was diagnosed with antibiotic-induced oral thrush, was given a new med and in 2 weeks I was cured. I suffered so long because of this doctor. Never again.
