Positive: The best thing about this hotel was its proximity to the attractions my family and I were visiting. We were able to walk to all destinations. The free parking was a great plus as well. Negative: The hotel was in need of some updating. The room was comfortable, but there was a slight stale odor to the room as if someone had been smoking it the room. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room as well.

PROS: Friendly staff. Yummy hot buffet breakfast in a dining room. Comfortable bed. Validated parking in a parking garage connected to the hotel by a skyway. CONS: No hotel information, operating times, in the room. No door hanger for room tidying/turn-down service/fresh towels. The shower head was low and the tub took about 15 minutes to drain after a shower. No ventilation or fan in the bathroom. The refrigerator froze my soda and then it exploded. There was no shuttle service as was stated on the website.

Positive: The location was great & we liked that it had a restaurant and bar. Simple selections, but good food and great service. Room had a very nice view. Bed was super comfortable. It was also very quiet at all hours in our room. Negative: Bathroom was small, could have been slightly bigger. Pool was not open yet. Did not have a microwave, as advertised. The room was clean but needed dusting and the windows needed to be washed. It wasn't terrible, by any means, just needed attention.

This place is in desperate need of renovation. The rooms are totally unacceptable. There were large visible rips in the carpeting. The bathtub was so dingy stains could not be removed. The bathroom was ridiculously small and dimly lit. The valet parking area is way too small to accommodate guests. The parking near the convention center and adjacent to the hotel is inconvenient and difficult for anyone with a disability. The rooftop restaurant is pretty good. Until there are renovations I would strongly consider staying elsewhere. This is not your typical Radisson.

The Museum of the United States Air Force is about 20 minutes away from the Crown Plaza.
2 P.M. but, I would always say call the hotel first and see if they are not busy they might be able to accommodate you.

I've never seen that happen but the do serve a bag lunch to guest staying there. Contact them for details
It is casual but I wouldn't do jeans and T-shirt it is a nice place
