Stars are for the doctor - he was thorough, professional, & caring. Can’t say the same for his staff. I had had a Covid test elsewhere that was negative 2 days earlier but worsening flu-like symptoms & fever. My doctor was on vacation so I went to this facility. The receptionist is curt, rude & can’t be bothered. Acts like you coming to her desk is an annoyance. In the exam room a young woman came in for information but didnt bother to look at me or introduced herself or tell me her title. I don’t know if she was a physicians assistant or a technician. Little things like this make a bad impression. The doctor however listened, was thorough, & reassuring. He immediately ordered a repeat Covid test and test for flu and strap to infection. Only the flu test was positive & he fully addressed & treated it. That’s the most important thing. I can ignore the indifference & rudeness of the staff and will go back for the professional care of that doctor.

Went here the other day with flu-like symptoms.. I wait half hour on line to put my name down, and then an hour in the parking lot, and then another 45 minutes in the room just waiting for the doctor. I understand it’s busy and that there’s a lot of people going in and out for Covid tests but all they did was a Covid test on me. They said the test was negative and I just have a cold and just get something over the counter… so specifics.. nothing. She literally didn’t even check me out… nothing! Just no Covid, you have a cold.. bye! I didn’t fight it because I had a pediatrician appointment to go to and didn’t want to be late but now I feel 10x worse then I did the other day. Thanks for…. Well, nothing.
