The whole notion of having someone send you flowers is supposed to be pleasant. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with this company. I never received my flowers after receiving a text and tracking that said the flowers were delivered, so I called the store to report. The staffs kept insisting the delivery person delivered the flowers, and insisting it was on me for not finding the flowers. Like, am I making it up? They described the delivered location that doesn't sound anything like my home, and kept putting me on hold and transfer me from one representative to another and unable to find a solution. I eventually decided to give up after 45 minutes of being on the phone and being on hold with 3 different representatives, finding it frustrating and unprofessional to even have to go through this on a working day. Now the flower sender has to be on the phone with this florist to ask for a refund. What a waste of time for everyone.
