This morning I called 'Flowers by Emil' needing five flower arrangements for my uncle's funeral. Carmine, the person who took care of my order, was absolutely wonderful! He was courteous and professional and very reassuring that the completed arrangements would be perfect. This was important because the funeral was in Brooklyn but I live in Canada. I had called Carmine three times because of changes I had to make to my order and, each time, he was patient and obliging. Carmine was efficient in preparing the arrangements and even went so far as to confirm when the flowers were in place at the funeral home. I find that Carmine and 'Flowers by Emil' went above and beyond in preparing my order and taking care of me as their new customer. I appreciated your help and the service I was given today.... you don't find this type of customer service everywhere! Thank you, again, Carmine, for your help today... you know I'll be calling next time I need flowers in New York!! :)
