I expected a fresh fall bouquet (designer’s choice) to be sent to my aunt. It did arrive on time, it was a fall bouquet (expected a decent size, but not), but it was not fresh. I called to let the florist know and the woman that answered kept telling me that she “made a beautiful bouquet.” I told her the sunflower was fresh but the water was old, the flowers were brown (not from color but from past their prime), and the ends were not clipped…. Another sign they were old. The woman kept telling me the flowers were brown in color and to change the water every two days. I explained that the flowers will not last two days. She said … “sorry you don’t like the flowers, have a nice day.” I specifically chose this shop for location (close to the delivery area and for its reviews). Needless to say, for $87.50, I will not be using them again.

We were so happy with all of the floral arrangements for our wedding this weekend. Our wedding was re-re-rescheduled and Lilies of the Valley worked with us on short notice. They were very easy to communicate with and lovely overall. Zero centerpieces were left at the end of the night, they all went home with our guests.
