Very clean room, good bed, great shower. We usually complain about beds, didn't even think about it here. Maintenance is very good. Apparently recently remodeled, they did a nice job. We are in the area frequently, and have tried multiple hotels. This is the one we plan to standardize on. This is a tourist area, so prices are generally high. This Best Western is a better deal than others we've tried in the area.

Stayed there for work. Workers are very sweet and nice! Although, they failed to give us clean towels, washcloths etc. when we asked for them to be replaced in our rooms. But overall it’s a good, clean hotel.

Positive: Was ok little overpriced fir what it was Negative: A step above motel 6 not horrible but not great either adjacent to boutique hotel which looked like a breaking bad Scene

Staff from Renee at the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast gals were friendly and very helpful. They made everything easy. Room and common areas were spotless. Bed slept great! Breakfast offerings were varied enough to make everyone happy. Animals were allowed, but it was quiet and peaceful. For the price, nothing can beat this location or team of employees. Not even the vaunted nearby Schoenbrunn Inn (at 2x the price!) had the warmth and genuine hospitality these folks showed our party. We will be back!
