This location has some of the longest wait times of any DQ I've ever been to. I prefer going during the day because your food is always hot. When I go in the evening I can wait 7 minutes on a fresh chicken sandwich but get cold fries?? That makes zero sense to me, so now I only go during the day because I've noticed that doesn't happen until the teenagers are there....

@Andrew Floor: "Working in food service is extremely difficult". No, it's not. It's one of the easiest jobs you'll ever have. Unless you are unable to follow instructions. Then you're doomed in life anyway.

3 days in a row we have gotten there way before closing time with the drive through wrapped around the building, because the doors were locked. i dont want to wait in line for 20 minutes for a blizzard.

Well I Arrived at 8:02pm on Sunday there to "try" to buy a blizzard been coming here My whole childhood and I'm 26 now well on the door you it says you guys close at 9:00pm I got there at 8:02pm.. both of the doors were locked with other customers at the counter.. a guy let me in and some lady.. behind the counter was upset because he let me in? What happend to customer service? Customer is always right, Right? Well anyway. Myself and 4 other people left due to the women behind the counter "LOCKING" the doors an hour.. before you guys were supposed to close...?
