I received 2 sandwiches of 4 with missing monster burgers on my order. Luckily one of them with the burger in it went with the driver that went to pick them up. Imaging being that person that dropped off 2 sandwiches then drove 13 miles away to find out their sandwich is missing the actual burger.

I received burnt chicken tenders. Cold fries. I asked for no ice in my pop but got lots of ice. I also was asked what kind of sauce but was given something completely different. I absolutely will not be stopping here anymore. Go to the gas station next door they have better chicken and pizza.

Takes forever to get food just to always be wrong, and then they don’t take calls of you try and call them, and they don’t have their voicemail set up so you’re screwed if you can go back and wait forever again just to correct your order.

This Hardee's is a little out of my way, but I love coming here because it just stands head and shoulders above the other ones in every way. The building is always clean & bright, the bathroom is the cleanest and nicest of all Hardee's I've visited, and the personnel is always just perfectly friendly. For instance... Today I stopped in for breakfast and ordered the pork chop sandwich. The very friendly last working the register said to me, "We have a pork chop sandwich ready now if you can't wait, but if you can spare a few minutes we'd love the opportunity to make one hot and fresh for you." I mean, what? That's not something you expect to hear from a fast food restaurant! And that's the type of customer service I've grown to expect from this particular Hardee's. They just seem to really care about their customers.
