Buffalo Wild Wings was terrific! My wife and I got there about 4 p.m. on a Friday night and we were surprised that it wasn't very busy. Too bad for those who weren't there because the wings and beer are great! We were seated quickly and our server took our order right away. He was extremely polite and patient as we fumbled around deciding what we wanted. We ordered the regular hot wings and they were HOT ( at least for me) and meaty with little fat. The restaurant was clean and I was pleased that, even though it is a sports bar, the T.V. sets were not overly loud and we could hold a conversation without shouting. Both of us were very satisfied with our visit and we will most certainly go back.

The wait staff seemed to spend the majority of their goofing off. We had to wait 50 minutes for our orders and we were checked on once during that time (restaurant was maybe half full). It took the waitress 5 minutes to run my payment cause she was busy flirting with another table. After which she messed up my friends transaction. The food was good (only reason it's not 1-star) but the service was bad enough I don't intend to ever revisit this restaurant.

The New Philadelphia location served my husband wings and one had a staple it in. They immediately took the plate and said they were going to take off that specific order of wings off of our bill. Not a single manager came over to discuss the issue. No follow up phone call. I’m completely discussed. My husband could have been seriously hurt!! DO NOT EAT HERE.

Service was absolutely terrible. Waited over and hour for out food to find out that our server didn't put the order in. Then proceeded to inform us one of the items we ordered they didnt have! Sp we changed our order and then had to wait another 30min. Then when we finally got the good it was cold. I complained to the manager and he tried to tell me they did x amout of money is sales i said is that's not an excuse as to why we didn't get our food in a timely manner. Learn to manage a restaurant or hire servers that can do their jobs and a manager that can actually manage a resteraunt! I woukd put his and her name on herr and make sure you never get them as a server but I'll let the next sorry soul find out for themselves!
